SANDAH KODIMAH MAKES DONATIONS TO TUMU DISTRICT HOSPITAL

A mental health advocate, Sandah Kodimah has donated 5 metal benches to the Sissala East District hospital today. He made these donations with the grasp that people sits on the pavements and floors which could be dangerous to their health and preventing the easy movement of patients for treatment. Sandah kodimah with the support of a friend Mohammed Bataglia took this responsibility to work towards health activities in the district. The District Director of health, Alex Bapula expressed his profound gratitude to Sandah kodimah. He added that the hospital has a lot of needs and wish the community members could give out a helping hand, not only indigenes of Tumu he expressed. He added that there is a problem with the fence wall and will be very glad if people could come to their aid and also assured that, the benches will be used and more seats will be made out of this. Meanwhile Alex Bapula pleads with the community for their support to get a separate pavilion for patients. Mr. Anthony sumah added that the provision of the benches will help the hospital redirect resources to other areas, as the authorities planned to purchase new benches.
I am glad in this community we still have people who think about the hospital and I think that they should collaborate and support us he expressed. He also pleaded with the people to be patient because they don’t have all the resources and asked that Sandah should keep on supporting the hospital especially in the aspect of mental health.
