MAN ARRESTED IN GHANA AFTER KILLING OWN SON IN BURKINA

A Burkinabe was on Wednesday 16th January 2018 arrested by the Gwollu Divisional Police. The victim identified as one whose name was withheld is said to have been seeking cover in Ghana after he gruesomely murdered his own little son in neighboring Burkina Faso.
Confirming the incident to Radford News Desk, the Commander of the Gwollu Divisional Police ASP Gay Raymond said the culprit is married to a lady from Watul a Burkina community near Gwollu. The man had some conflicts with the wife and the wife got hint that the husband intends to kill the son. The woman therefore run to Watul, her hometown.
The man however determined to perpetuate his crime followed the wife and succeeded in killing his little boy. After the act he run to Gwollu seeking cover from the police. Luck however eluded him as the Gwollu Divisional police got a tip off and quickly got him arrested. There are wild speculations he killed the son for ritual purposes.
He has since on Thursday 18th January been handed over to the Leo Police of Burkina Faso.
