NINE GRANTED BAIL AND ONE CONVICTED BY TUMU MAGISTRATE COURT

In court today Friday 3rd August 2018 ten of the accused persons who were charged with conspiracy to commit crime, abetment of crime possession of narcotics among others were granted bail whiles the tenth person was convicted on his own plea on the basis he admitted liability of a stealing.
Prosecution led by Sgt.Thomas Amoah says, one Alhassan Hudu who appeared in court today told the judge that he was guilty to the charges prefer on him for stealing eleven goats belonging to some of the residents of Tumu and for conspiracy to commit crimes. The accused person mentioned that he agreed to stealing of the goat but added that it was not eleven goats as stated in the Police reports but it was one goat that he conspired with one Luri Borsumua who was a juvenile.
Delivering the verdict of the case the magistrate court judge mentioned that, he was going to convict into prison custody Mr. Alhassan Hudu who accepted to the count and would reappear in court on Monday 6th day of August for his verdict but the remaining nine was each granted bail to the tune of Ghc5,000.00 with two sureties each but the judge cautioned that if any of them runaway the amount was going to be multiplied by two. His worship Salifu Bugri Ayagiba issued a stern warning saying he is fed up and will not hesitate to apply the laws of Ghana as there are youth persistent in crimes especially within ages of eleven to Twenty-three.
However, two of the accused persons Alhassan Kamagla and Juamua Ninjon aka Muamua who prosecution says are all at large and counting on the general public to help arrest these two individuals. They are all to reappear in court on Monday the 6th day of August, 2018.
These are they accused persons, their ages and professions: They include, Alhassan Hudu,Luri Borsumuah 17 farmer, Sharif Bawa 48 farmer, Mustapha Alhassan. The rest are Luri Maruf 18 air condition apprentice, Amidu Muniru 23 farmer,Ziberu Fatwau 17 farmer
Awudu Salia Salam 16 years student, Alhassan Kamagla 18 unemployed
Surazu Seidu Quender 22 businessman,Alhassan Hudu 22 unemployed
Alhassan Kamagla(At large),Juamua Ninjon aka Mua-mua(At large)
